Stage 1 : 'Strategic brief' creation
At this stage, along with the client's team we create the strategic brief.
This will include :
Identifying the goal of communication - what it should do at the end,
SWOT analysis,the proposed brand image, its characteristics, its motives,
conveying the vision and mission to the target audience, and a dozen other similar questions.
Why is it different from others? What makes it interesting?
Give as many facts about the product as possible.
The client gives a complete picture of the brand to us through answering these questions, and we become thoroughly knowledgeable about the brand attributes of the product or service.
Stage 2 : 'The Proposal'
At this stage we study the brief and create a complete story board with time lines, scope of the project and submit it to the client.
Stage 3 : 'Wire Frames' or 'Story board'
Creating Wire frames (Navigation) for the various websites,
graphic representation of the Scope of Projects, time line descriptions with deliverables. Template options or story board.
Stage 4 : 'Approvals, Suggestions'
Approval and suggestions of templates by the client.
Stage 5 : ' Design and Development Phase'
At this stage we design and develop the complete site and moves on to submitting the beta version of the site.
Stage 5. ' Beta Version'
At this stage we present the Beta version of the sites to the client.
Stage 6 : 'Approvals & Suggestions'
The client makes suggestions and then gives necessary approvals.
Stage 7 : 'Demo Presentation'
At this stage the final site is uploaded to a test server.
After mandatory testing the site is then moved on to the main server.
Stage 8 : 'Demo Audience'
We take a comprehensive feedback from a targeted audience and then review all deliverables.
Stage 9 : 'QA Report'
This will include a comprehensive analysis of the goal set up,
development phases and the final output. |
